About

Hello World! As recent graduate of Western Washington University’s art history program, I aspires to teach, travel and play from one far-reaching destination to the next. In 2009 I landed my first teaching job in the public school system in Ulsan South Korea, teaching English to middle school students. In the Winter of 2011 I moved to the United Arab Emirates to begin a new job as a licensed kindergarten teacher with my devoted  travel partner, Matt. In between teaching and playing, I have traveled to over two dozen countries. These experiences have brought all that is in this blog title: Teaching for my students and myself, travel to discover new and diverse landsacepes, histories and people, and play because what are the other two without it? Hopefully this blog will keep you readers entertained and updated as to our whereabouts and keep you travelers and teachers informed and able to learn from my experiences and mistakes. Thanks for any and all comments and as always keep exploring this amazing earth!

    Hello,
I am Esther from the first German online magazine about Korean culture. We will publish a world cup special soon and therefore we are looking for pictures about the Reds Fever from all over the world. We wanted to ask if we can use your pictures and if you have some more than published on your blog? Surely we will tag them with a link to your site!

    Drop me a line

You definitely know how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More people need to read this and understand this side of the story.
